Hanid Audish says that every activity has an appropriate attire to carry it out, it would not be logical to go to the supermarket dressed in clothes for an elegant party, or go to an elegant party in pants or denim, because we would be out of tune, and probably people would have a lot to say about us.
It’s the same with physical activity. Exercise is part of a healthy life and therefore, it should not be missing in the routine of each person, because it not only allows you to have a proper weight, but it is also good for the heart and overall health, but to carry out an exercise routine you have to make use of the correct clothing, for which, sportswear is the best option, as this allows you to perform all kinds of movement freely and without risk of injury. Says Hanid Audish.
For this reason, sportswear is designed with the purpose of being lightweight for the user. For some forms of exercise such as cycling, it should not create friction or be too bulky. On the other hand, sportswear should be loose enough so as not to restrict movement. Standardized sportswear can also function as a uniform.
In some sports, specific items of clothing are used to differentiate roles within a team. For example, in volleyball (a defensive play specialist) wears a different color than his teammates. In sports such as soccer, a contrasting color or pattern is worn by the goalkeeper.
Also, it is important to note that Spandex is the preferred material for form-fitting sports, as used in wrestling, track and field, dance, gymnastics, speed skating, and swimming. It is also commonly used as a means of promoting an athlete’s or team’s sponsors. In some sports, there are regulations limiting the size or design of sponsorship marks and logos on apparel.
Hanid Audish concludes that every athlete, regardless of whether they exercise professionally or just as part of their activities, should take the time to acquire the right clothing for their needs and physical demands. Therefore, the relevance of choosing comfortable and tailored clothing, i.e., that does not fit small or large, as this will harm for better or worse the physical performance.
