As CHSq 2021 gets ready to kick off on Tuesday with its sold-out Tom Jones event, organisers have announced the launch of a pop-up vaccination centre with the opportunity to win free tickets for those receiving their first dose.
From August 10, the pop-up clinic located in Custom House Square will run on event days from 10am to 3.30pm and on Tuesday’s launch day, the first 50 people have the chance to receive a complimentary pair of tickets to the show of their choice.
A statement from the festival read: “CHSq Festival has announced it will be facilitating a pop-up Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic, managed by the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust at Custom House Square this August.
“The clinic will run on CHSq event days from 10am to 3.30pm.

“The clinic will be open to all adults aged 16 or above who have not yet received a first dose. Those who attend will be given the Pfizer vaccine and will need to receive a second dose, 8 weeks following their first. Details will be available on NI Direct/SETrust websites.
“In addition, on launch day of the pop-up clinic, Tues 10th August, the first 50 people to receive their first vaccine dose will receive a complimentary pair of tickets to a CHSq show of their choice.
“Tickets will be available for all CHSq shows including the sold out Tom Jones and Scooter events plus James Arthur, Fontaines D.C, Patrick Topping, Kodaline, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Camelphat and Mall Grab.
“Further spot ticket prizes will be given out during the initial day and on select event days between 10th – 29th August.
“Please note, receiving your first vaccine at the CHSq pop-up clinic is not adequate for entry to CHSq events.
“Please see the options available to you to gain entry including; Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test OR Proof of natural COVID antibodies OR Proof of full vaccination – both doses received.”
