Tuesday night brought more drama to Love Island with another recoupling – and a glimmer of hope for Merthyr Tydfil’s Liam Reardon as he slowly began to win over Millie Court again after a tense few days since Casa Amor.
Despite getting close to Lillie Haynes in the second villa, Liam returned alone with his sights now only set on Millie.

After an explosive revelation where Lillie revealed just how close she and Liam became, the Welsh bricklayer has desperately been trying to win Millie back with love notes and even a speech.
Standing up after pop star Mabel’s performance in the villa, Liam made a heartfelt speech that included: “I didn’t expect to come to Love Island and find a potential soulmate so early on but I found that and so much more in you.”
This led to Millie agreeing to taking “baby steps” in rekindling their relationship and choosing Liam in the recoupling.
Here are the latest recouplings…
Liam Reardon and Millie Court
Prepared to give Liam another chance with “baby steps” Millie chose Liam despite then going through a rocky few days since Casa Amor, when the Welshman found his head being turned by bombshell Lillie Haynes.
Abigail Rawlings and Dale Mehmet
Since being left single after Toby Aromolaran returned from Casa Amor with Mary Bedford, Abigail has remained single in the villa – even unsure of where to sleep with Toby sharing a bed with Mary.
She chose new Casa Amor boy Dale to couple up with but this choice caused some sparks as new Casa Amor girl Mary was not happy as she was hoping to pick him herself.
Mary Bedford and Sam Jackson
Mary was previously coupled up with Toby who has shocked fans and viewers by deciding he likes Chloe again, despite the fact he has been coupled up with both Abigail and Mary since dumping Chloe.
Making it obvious Sam was not her first choice during the recoupling Mary said: “Obviously this was not at all what I was expecting or hoping for because I do have a connection with another boy in the villa and I think that they do feel the same way.”
Sam who was previously coupled up with Faye Winter was left as the last boy to be chosen after Faye chose Teddy Soares.
Toby Aromolaran and Chloe Burrows
In a complete shock and twist, Toby has decided that it is Chloe who he truly likes after all – and Chloe couldn’t be happier about this.
Since admitting his feelings and apologising for past mistakes, the couple were rekindled after Chloe chose Toby once more.
Faye Winter and Teddy Soares
Despite a rough patch after Casa Amor when Teddy came back single to find that Faye had recoupled with Sam, the pair have firmly got back together.
They spent the last two nights sharing the outside day bed together and sharing kisses so it came as no surprise when Faye chose to re-couple with Teddy.
Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish
The steady couple who are now officially ‘boyfriend and girlfriend’ have remained coupled up together since the start of the series.
It appears that this pairing is pretty solid, with both remaining loyal during Casa Amor.
Kaz Kamwi and Matthew MacNabb
In another surprising coupling, Kaz chose to stick with Matthew, despite her previous partner Tyler Cruickshank admitting he still had feelings for her.
Since Casa Amor Tyler and Kaz’s relationship has been fiery with conversations often ending with Kaz walking away in tears.
While Tyler was unable to make up his mind between Kaz and Clarisse Juliette who he brought back from Casa Amor, Kaz was fed up of waiting for him and chose Matthew instead.
Tyler Cruickshank and Clarisse Juliette
It has been a tense couple of days for Tyler as he tried to decide who he likes more, Kaz or Clarisse.
Ultimately the choice was not up to him and after Kaz chose Matthew and Clarisse went on to pick him.
Hugo Hammond and Amy Day
And finally, for Hugo, he has found his chance at love! Since Casa Amor, he has been coupled up with Amy who chose him again in last night’s recoupling.
She quoted his inexperience at making iced coffee and said “I already feel like I’ve known him forever”.
Love Island is on tonight at 9 pm on ITV2.
