Alex announced she was having a little girl on The One Show back in March.
The presenter from Ammanford in Carmarthenshire has co-hosted the BBC series, which airs every week day at 7pm for more than a decade.

Alex added in the caption: “The best surprise ever.”
The presenter and her husband Charlie are already parents to four-year-old Teddy and two-year-old Kit.
It’s unknown who will replace Jones when she is away on maternity leave, as the show has had a number of relief and guest presenters in recent times.
