Love Island 2021 put this year’s contestants to the ultimate test with the return of Casa Amor.
It saw the couples separated between two villas and introduced twelve new bombshells, with the islanders having to decide whether to stick in their current couple, or twist and recouple with somebody new.
The boys’ four-day stint away has caused a lot of drama, with Millie Court and Abigail Rawlings deciding not to get to know the new boys, while Merthyr-born Liam Reardon and Toby Aromolaran get closer to new bombshells Lillie Haynes and Mary Bedford.

Meanwhile a postcard sent to the main villa saw Kaz Kamwi in tears over Tyler Cruickshank’s antics and left Faye Winter deciding to move on from Teddy Soares despite him remaining loyal at Casa Amor.
And now the time has come for the contestants to make a choice, with host Laura Whitmore returning to the main villa for the latest episode and biggest recoupling yet.
The Casa Amor recoupling has been split over two episodes, with the first airing on Thursday, July 29 before ending on a cliffhanger. We’ll keep this article updated as it happens.

Hugo, previously coupled with Chloe, finally appears to have found a love interest having not had much luck on Love Island so far.
He returned from Casa Amor with new bombshell Amy, telling Laura: “We had that connection, that spark, everything I’ve been looking for.”
Amy added: “It was very easy… pleasantly unexpected.”

Toby shocked the main villa when he returned with Mary, despite only recently coupling up with Abigail, who had decided to remain loyal.
Before Toby’s return, she said: “I feel like he made a big risk in the first place just in order to get to know me. Therefore I’m going to take a risk this time in the hope I can get to know him more too.”
“I don’t know what to say here at the moment,” an awkward-looking Toby told host Laura after deciding to couple up with Mary. “I’m a bit shocked.”
Left single: Abigail Rawlings
ITV2 viewers will find out what Liam, Tyler, Faye and the rest of the contestants decide to do on Friday night.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
