Love Island’s Liam Reardon has been receiving death threats over his Casa Amor antics, his sister has claimed.
Niamh Reardon, who is running the bricklayer’s social media accounts, has blasted trolls for sending nasty messages and reminded viewers to be kind.
It comes as the Merthyr-born contestant, who is currently coupled up with Millie Court, gets closer to new bombshell Lillie Haynes in Casa Amor, an annual series twist that puts the islanders to the ultimate test.

The 21-year-old has shared a bed with the new contestant and admitted to wanting to kiss her, which has left viewers furious.
But it’s Liam’s family who have had to witness the awful backlash, with his sister urging people to “keep it light” and to be kind amid “nasty, vulgar and death related messages” on Liam’s social media accounts.
Niamh also addressed the “thought of Liam and Millie ending” and revealed she was gutted but was sending positive vibes into the villa.

In a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday night, she wrote: “Hey guys sorry it’s been quiet on here, I’ve been up in London and only now catching up on everything.
“We are also gutted at the thought of Liam and Millie ending and are sending positive vibes into the villa. We hope it’s not the end but we do hope they both find their perfect match even if that means it’s not together.
“With that being said please remember that this a reality television programme and Liam’s family and friends can see everything that’s being posted.”
She ended with: “There is really no need for nasty, vulgar and death related messages. Please keep it light and remember to be kind.”
On last night’s show the girls received a postcard from Casa Amor which gave them a glimpse into what the boys have been up to during their time in Casa Amor. You can read more on this here.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
