Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy have arrived in Derry with a warm welcome ahead of their weekend concert.
Boyzlife is a supergroup comprising of both singers who previously appeared as members of ’90s and ’00s boybands Boyzone and Westlife.
Former Boyzone member Keith revealed on Instagram on Tuesday morning that the pair arrived in Northern Ireland on Monday, both of who are excited for their first concert together on ‘home turf.’
The Dublin man said: “What a welcome in Derry by @grahamwarke Lord Mayor yesterday with my boy @brianmcfadden123 ahead of our first concert on home turf! Sunday the 1st August EBRINGTON Square Derry! See you all there. P.S. Thank you Graham for the engraved water weight.”
Last week, Westlife star Brian told his Instagram followers: “I’m so excited for this gig! Our first outdoor show since the lockdown and in our home country!! Feels good to be back doing what we love! If your in Ireland get to Derry next weekend.”
Keith added: “We’ve Got the Green light people !! Full live band! I honestly can’t wait, Derry we are coming for you ticket link on my story !!! #weareback SEE YA ON THE 1st OF AUGUST !!! EBRINGTON SQUARE DERRY”
The duo’s concert is part of Connected Summer Music Festival which kicks off on Friday, July 30.
